1. Return  Window:

We have 30 days return policy. It will start from the day the item is delivered.

2. Returns Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Please note that any item returned not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

If the product you received is defective or broken, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item. We may request additional information or evidence, such as photographs, to assess the nature of the defect or damage. Once we confirm the issue, we will offer you the option of a replacement, repair, or refund. If a refund is requested, it will be processed using the original payment method you have used to buy these products.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and, in such cases, we will arrange and cover the shipping costs for the return. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.

5. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide the order details and reason for the return.
  • Our support team will guide you through the return process and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Package the item securely, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
  • Clearly label the package with the RMA number.
  • Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer support team.

6. Return Shipping:

The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure safe delivery.

7. Inspection and Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
If the item is found to be in its original condition and free from damage, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
If the return is not eligible for a refund, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

8. Refund Timeframe:

Please allow up to 7-14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after it has been processed.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.

9. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at stringsinstruments@gmail.com. If you need to return an item, please send us an email at stringsinstruments@gmail.com.

If you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

10. Restocking fee

There is no restocking fee to refund a product.

For customer remorse: Customer Responsibility.

12. How can customers return a product?

The customer has to return the products by mail.
